We will not collect additional categories of PII or use PII we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.

The PII that we collect about you and your use of our Website and Services is an important part of our business.  We respect and value you as a Website visitor and customer and will not jeopardize the free flow of information between us.  We will not sell the PII that we collect and store to other websites or businesses.  We may, however, disclose some of your PII to third parties for legitimate business purposes in the furtherance of our Services, as outlined immediately below:

Disclosure Regarding Service Providers: Dayton Freight may provide your PII or Deidentified Information to our service providers or third party companies, including logistics providers and other less-than-truckload carriers, to help provide services to you for certain business purposes. This PII and Deidentified Information is disclosed in order for them to provide services such as payment processing, tracking services, advertising services, marketing services, web analytics, data processing, IT services, customer support and other services. These service providers or third parties may have access to your PII and Deidentified Information to help us provide a particular service to you.
