Dayton Freight was Honored with Two Quest for Quality Awards
We are humbled to announce that Dayton Freight was honored with two Logistics Management 2023 Quest for Quality awards. This is the fourteenth consecutive year we have been honored in the Midwest/North Central Regional LTL Carriers category. We were also recognized in the Expedited Motor Carriers category for the seventh time. Our on-time performance weighted score was the highest in this category.
The Quest for Quality awards are voted on by readers of Logistics Management magazine and are considered one of the most important measures of customer satisfaction and operational excellence in the transportation industry. Each year, this survey evaluates and measures transportation service providers across the nation utilizing criteria such as on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service and equipment and operations.
