Dayton Freight Opens Charlestown IN Service Center
DAYTON, Ohio – Dayton Freight Lines, Inc., a leading provider of regional less-than-truckload (LTL) transportation services, opens a new Service Center in Charlestown, Indiana.
Dayton Freight’s new Service Center in Charlestown IN is situated near the Ohio River and the Indiana/ Kentucky border. This facility helps balance their capacity in this market and features a renovated building with 60 doors, a heated dock and electric forklifts.
Dayton Freight’s Service Center Manager, Andrew Clark said, “The new facility will not only provide better service and increase capacity in this area, but will allow for more growth in Louisville and Walton KY, as well as Evansville IN. This is Dayton Freight’s first Service Center to operate an all-electric forklift fleet. We’re excited to stay dedicated to our sustainability goals and grow in Charlestown!”
