Celebrating Employee Appreciation Week
Employee Appreciation Week is an annual Dayton Freight tradition dedicated to celebrating the people who deliver excellence every day. Employees enjoy a week filled with camaraderie, games, prizes, food and commemorative T-shirts and gifts as a small thank you for their hard work and dedication.
Each year, we choose a theme for the week. As we celebrate Dayton Freight’s 45th anniversary, there was one word that stood out the most: gratitude.
This year’s theme, “Filled with Gratitude”, represents the people that have made this milestone and continued growth possible. Our employees are the driving force behind The Dayton Difference.
From those who have been with us since the beginning, to all 6,000 with us today, we are Filled with Gratitude for all our team members!
